Scullery hand — Ibadan North

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ibadan North, Oyo State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Overtime paid at a premium rate.
