Immediate opening: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Lewis County, Missouri. The role involves keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in; monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows; balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift; liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times. Ideal candidate: • Good telephone manner and clear written communication • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
