Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Nuckolls County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Performance bonus on top of base pay.
