Pot washer — City of Martinsville

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in City of Martinsville, Virginia. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
