Oven operator — Aberdeen City

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Aberdeen City, Scotland. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
