Urgent requirement: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Venango County, Pennsylvania. The job is in an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits The role involves inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
