Back-of-house cleaner — Grenada County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Grenada County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
