Punch press operator — Marshall County

Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Marshall County, Kansas. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. You will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
