What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals The role involves coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; read lift plans and method statements before starting; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
