Paint booth operator • Owen County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Owen County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
