Catering cook — Maury County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Maury County, Tennessee. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
