Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Sierra County

Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Sierra County, New Mexico. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. On a typical shift you will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
