Back-of-house cleaner • Buffalo County, Nebraska

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Buffalo County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
