The role involves handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point.
