Guest relations agent — Shira

Great opportunity: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Shira, Bauchi State. On the job you will handle: • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift • Answer incoming calls and route them to the right department • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in Ideal candidate: • Good telephone manner and clear written communication • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check Rotating shifts.
