Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Montgomery County, Arkansas. The job is at an HVAC contractor's workshop. You will mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
