Immediate opening: power press operator (Indiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power press operator in Dubois County, Indiana. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred On a typical shift you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; record output and downtime on the production sheet. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
