Your main tasks: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
