Estate gardener — City of Leicester

Immediate opening: we are hiring an estate gardener in City of Leicester, England. You will be based in a residential garden complex. The role involves: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds Requirements: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
