Immediate opening: uPVC welding machine operator (Northern Ireland)

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Your main tasks: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame We offer £2,650 per month plus benefits.
