We are recruiting: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Macon County, Illinois. You will work at a busy roofing firm. On the job you will handle: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
