Immediate opening: gas pipe fitter (Minnesota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Norman County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy gas installation company. What we are looking for: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches You will install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
