Immediate opening: cnc lathe setter (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Page County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; load and index turning tools in the turret. Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
