Urgent requirement: bread baker (Mississippi)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Carroll County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
