Great opportunity: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in El Dorado County, California. Day to day you will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Full-time, day shift.
