Immediate opening: we are hiring a service technician - home appliances in Ketchikan Gateway Borough, Alaska. The role involves advise customers on appliance care and preventive maintenance; descale and clean condenser coils, filters and drainage systems; solder and braze copper pipework on refrigeration units; lift and transport heavy appliances safely using trolleys and straps. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of appliance electrical and mechanical systems • City & Guilds or NVQ in appliance servicing or electrical installation • Physically fit for lifting and manoeuvring heavy appliances At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
