Gas installation technician • Edwards County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Edwards County, Kansas. The job is in customers' homes and kitchens. The role involves set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $180 per day plus benefits.
