Refrigeration field service technician wanted in Grant County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Grant County, Indiana. The job is at a busy refrigeration workshop. Your main tasks: • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Rotating shifts.
