We are recruiting: wet plasterer (Indiana)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Ripley County, Indiana. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. On a typical shift you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; check walls for plumb and level as you go; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
