Kitchen steward — Irion County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Irion County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
