Night auditor — Angus

Now hiring: we are hiring a night auditor in Angus, Scotland. You will work in a hostel or budget hotel. On the job you will handle: • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in Ideal candidate: • Confident using a PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Protel or similar) • Good telephone manner and clear written communication 6+ years on the tools preferred.
