Rooftop solar installer • Eilean Siar, Scotland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rooftop solar installer in Eilean Siar, Scotland. You will work at an off-grid rural installation. You should have: • Working at height / roof access training (e.g. IPAF, PASMA) • Own hand tools, torque wrench and multimeter On the job you will handle: • Mount racking rails and mounting brackets on roof trusses or ground-mount frames • Carry out periodic inspection and fault-finding on existing arrays • Commission the system and verify output on the inverter monitoring app • Fit tile hooks, in-roof mounting kits or flat-roof ballast trays • Install PV modules and torque bolts to manufacturer spec • Lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
