Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gardener in Medina County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed Requirements: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
