Occupational health and safety officer wanted in Carmarthenshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Carmarthenshire, Wales. The role involves: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around £3,150 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
