Acoustic insulation fitter wanted in Hertfordshire

Join our team: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Hertfordshire, England. The job is at a busy building site. Ideal candidate: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Your main tasks: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
