We are recruiting: roof repair specialist (Mississippi)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Marshall County, Mississippi. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate On a typical shift you will nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
