Kitchenhand wanted in Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Clay County, Tennessee. The job is at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
