Production welder wanted in Douglas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Douglas County, Oregon. You will be based at a busy production line. The role involves: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time, day shift.
