Immediate opening: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Isle of Wight, England. You will work in a resort or holiday hotel. On a typical shift you will run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift; handle same-day, online and phone reservations; log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system; provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information. What we are looking for: • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants We offer £3,000 per month plus benefits.
