Concrete worker • Delaware County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete worker in Delaware County, Ohio. You will work on a building construction site. You should have: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Day to day you will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
