Bakery assistant wanted in City of Bristol

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in City of Bristol, England. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. £1,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
