Metal roofing fitter wanted in Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Lincoln County, New Mexico. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel The role involves: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck 1+ years on the tools preferred.
