Great opportunity: we are hiring a press setter operator in Fauquier County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses The role involves: • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
