Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Part-time with flexible hours. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
