Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Part-time with flexible hours.
