Concrete shuttering carpenter wanted in Thomas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Thomas County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
