Elevator technician — Venango County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Venango County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate On a typical shift you will mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; run load and overload tests with test weights. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
