Gas installation technician — Marshall County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Marshall County, Kentucky. The job is on commercial and industrial sites. Day to day you will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation. You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Part-time with flexible hours.
