Great opportunity: kitchen cook (Katsina State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Katsina, Katsina State. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
