Confectioner wanted in Randolph County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Randolph County, Indiana. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Performance bonus on top of base pay.
